Portland Coffee

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o sugar

o 1 ounce Gosling’s Black Seal

151 rum

o 1 ounce Kahlúa

o ½ ounce Triple Sec

o 4 ounces strong hot coffee

or 1 double espresso

Garnish

o whipped cream

o ground cinnamon and

nutmeg


Method:

1. Moisten the rim a glass

mug and invert it into a

shallow dish of course sugar

to coat the rim.

2. Combine cocktail ingredi-

ents in the prepared mug.

3. Top with whipped cream.

4. Garnish with nutmeg and

cinnamon.


Comments:

Not surprisingly, this tastes a

little sweet and a little spicy.
