Pumpkin Spice Syrup

Ingredients:

o 1 cup water

o ½ cup dark brown sugar

o 5 tablespoons pumpkin

puree

o 3 cinnamon sticks

o 1 whole nutmeg

o 7 whole cloves

o 4 whole allspice


Method:

1. Combine water and sugar

and bring to a boil stirring to

dissolve sugar.

2. Add remaining and reduce

heat to a simmer stirring

frequently for 10 to 15 minutes.

Do not boil.

3. Cool and double strain

into an airtight container.

Discard solids.

4. Seal well and refrigerate.
