Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Johnnie Walker
Black Label scotch
o 1 teaspoon Crème de Cassis
o 4 ounces Fever-Tree
Premium Club Soda
Method:
1. Stir scotch and Crème de
Cassis over ice in a mixing
glass.
2. Strain into a cocktail
glass.
3. Top with soda.
Comments:
This is a hard drink to classify
and to decide when one might
enjoy it. It’s good. Rather like
a Kir with a Y chromosome.
