Quarantine Cocktail

PH factor: 8.0












Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Flor de Caña

Extra Seco rum

o ¼ ounce Bombay gin

o ¼ ounce Lillet Blanc

o 2 dashes Pernod Absinthe

Supérieure

o ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice

o ¼ ounce fresh orange juice

o ¼ ounce Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 egg white

Garnish

o lemon peel


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

without ice.

2. Add ice and shake again

to chill.

3. Double strain into a

martini glass.

4. Garnish with lemon peel.

A cocktail from the Philippines

that seriously pre-dates

Covid-19. Complicated to

make but hey, what else are

you doing during a pandemic?
