Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ¼ ounce Pernod Absinthe

Supérieure

o 2 ounces Bombay Sapphire

gin

o ½ ounce Campari

o 1 ½ ounces Lillet Rouge

Garnish

o orange twist


Method:

1. Swirl absinthe to coat the

inside of an Old-Fashioned

glass and discard the excess.

2. Combine remaining

cocktail ingredients over ice in

prepared glass.

3. Garnish with orange twist.


Comments:

Take a Negroni, add an anise

flavored liqueur. Note the

change in the character of the

Campari. If you use absinthe

(as we do), we suggest you

just coat the glass. With other

anise flavored liqueurs you

might be a little more

generous.
