Raspberry Truffle Coffee

(Serves Two)

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 cups Godiva Hot Cocoa

o 2 ounces Chambord liqueur

o 8 ounces coconut milk

o 6 ounces strong coffee

o 4 ounces cream

o 2 tablespoons cocoa powder

Garnish

o whipped cream


Method:

1. Bring cocktail ingredients

except Chambord to a simmer

stirring in a saucepan.

2. Divide between two glass

mugs and add Chambord to

each.

3. Top with whipped cream.


Comments:

This looks like a wintertime

caffeinated cocktail. Although,

it could be an anytime you

want a tasty dessert cocktail.
