Red Snapper

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o salt

o pepper

o 2 ounces Bombay gin

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

o 4 ounces tomato Juice

o Worcestershire sauce

to taste

o tabasco sauce to taste

Garnish

o lemon wheel


Method:

1. Moisten rim of Highball

glass with lime juice and invert

the glass into a shallow dish of

a mixture of salt and pepper to

coat the rim.

2. Shake remaining cocktail

ingredients over ice to chill.

3. Serve over ice in prepared

glass with straws.

4. Garnish with lemon wheel.


Comments:

A spicy tomato-based cocktail

that is cleaner tasting and

lacks the salad-like

accoutrements on the Bloody

Mary. Which is better? You
