Ingredients:
o 1 cup sugar
o 1 cup water
o 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
Method:
1. Combine all and bring to a
boil over medium heat stirring
to dissolve sugar.
2. Remove from heat and let
steep for 30 minutes.
3. Fine strain into an airtight
container. Discard solids.
4. Seal well and refrigerate.
