Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ½ ounces Bombay gin

o ½ ounce sake

Garnish

o candied ginger or olives


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a martini

glass.

3. Garnish with candied

ginger or olives.


Comments:

Sake can be substituted for

vermouth in many instances.

We tend to avoid doing that

but thought this one really

highlighted the difference.
