Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Bombay Sapphire

gin

o 2 ½ ounces sake

o 1 barspoon Maraschino

liqueur

Garnish

o cherry blossom


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a martini glass.

3. Garnish with cherry

blossoms if it’s that week of the

year and you are that lucky or

use any edible flower petals

you happen to have lying

around.


Comments:

A good looking, good tasting

Low-ABV cocktail, made

primarily with sake.
