Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 dash Angostura bitters or
to taste
o sugar cube
o 1 ½ ounces Chivas Regal
scotch
o champagne
Method:
1. Combine bitters and sugar
in a champagne flute.
2. Add scotch.
3. Top with champagne and
stir once gently.
Comments:
Some might say that a Scotch
Royale is a Champagne
Cocktail with scotch instead of
cognac and no garnish and
they would be absolutely
correct.
