Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Finlandia vodka
o 4 ounces cranberry juice
o 1 ounce fresh grapefruit
juice
o 1 dash Angostura bitters or
to taste
Garnish
o lemon wheel
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in Highball glass.
2. Garnish with lemon wheel.
Comments:
The original Sea Breeze dates
to the 1920’s and was made
with gin and grenadine. Ocean
Spray began marketing
cranberry juice in the 1950s.
They then sponsored the
development of drinks like the
updated Sea Breeze, Cape
Codder, and Bay Breeze in the
1970s. Cranberry juice has
become a frequent mixer ever
since.
