Sherry Pimm’s Cup

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 tablespoon fresh lemon

juice

o 1 teaspoon sugar

o 1 slice cucumber (unpeeled)

o 2 ounces Pimm’s No.1 Cup

o ½ ounce Amontillado sherry

o 1 ounce Fever-Tree

Premium Club Soda

Garnish

o cucumber spear

o mint sprig and/or lime

wedge


Method:

1. Muddle cucumber, sugar,

and lemon juice in a shaker.

2. Add ice and Pimm’s Cup

and shake to chill.

3. Strain into an ice-filled

cocktail glass and add soda.

4. Top with sherry.

5. Garnish with any or all of

the above.


Comments:

Unsurprisingly, this is a tasty

and refreshing cocktail that is

great with food.
