Shinjuku Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Hennessy VS

Cognac

o 1 ounce sake

o ½ ounce Lillet Rouge

o 2 dashes of Woodford

Reserve Cherry bitters or

to taste

Garnish

o lemon twist

o Tillen Farms Merry

Maraschino cherry


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

over ice in a mixing glass.

2. Serve over ice in a cocktail

glass.

3. Garnish with a cherry and

a lemon twist.


Comments:

We tested this first with a dry

vermouth. We substituted

Lillet Rouge and found that

we liked the sweetness.
