Siesta Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces 1800 Silver tequila

o ¾ ounce Campari

o ½ ounce fresh grapefruit

juice

o ½ ounce fresh lime juice

o ¾ ounce agave nectar

Garnish

o grapefruit peel


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail

glass.

3. Garnish with grapefruit

peel.


Comments:

We've often said that it takes a

lot to tame Campari in any

cocktail. It may seem like we

are ganging up on this poor

liqueur. It does work well here.

It retains the Campari finish in

a slightly sweet and citrusy

drink.
