Siesta Cocktail

PH factor: 8.5












Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces 1800 Silver tequila

o ¾ ounce Campari

o ½ ounce fresh grapefruit

juice

o ½ ounce fresh lime juice

o ¾ ounce agave nectar

Garnish

o grapefruit peel


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a cocktail

glass.

3. Garnish with grapefruit

peel.


Comments:

We've often said that it takes a

lot to tame Campari in any

cocktail. It may seem like we

are ganging up on this poor

liqueur. We're not. It does work

well here. It retains the

Campari finish in a slightly

sweet and citrusy drink.
