Southern Cold Snap

PH factor: 9.0

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Hennessey VS

Cognac

o 1 ounce Calvados

o 1 ounce Southern Comfort

o 1 dash Hella Orange bitters

or to taste

o 1 quick squeeze of orange

wedge

Garnish

o cinnamon stick (optional)

o candied ginger (optional)

Method:

1. Combine in brandy snifter

2. Garnish with cinnamon

stick and candied ginger if

using.

Comments:

This is a very warming drink

and one you will want to sip

slowly. So, be sure to cup the

snifter in your palm to keep

the mixture warm.
