Spanish Coffee 43

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Licor 43

(Cuarenta Y Tres)

o 4 ounces strong hot coffee

or espresso

Garnish

o vanilla flavored whipped

cream*

o ground cinnamon or

chocolate shavings


Method:

1. Warm Licor 43.

2. Combine with coffee in a

mug or cup.

3. Top with whipped cream*.

4. Garnish with cinnamon or

chocolate shavings.


Comments:

The taste of Licor 43 shines

through even though we used

espresso. We also used

vanilla flavored whipped

cream to enhance the vanilla

experience.


*Lightly whip cream with a

dash of vanilla extract and

confectioners’ sugar to taste.
