Spanish Coffee

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o sugar

o 1 ounce Pedro Domencq

Fundador brandy

o ½ ounce Cointreau

o ½ ounce Tia Maria

o 4 ounces strong hot coffee

or espresso

Garnish

o whipped cream

o chocolate shavings or

cinnamon


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a glass

mug and invert it into a

shallow dish of sugar to coat

the rim.

2. Warm and ignite the

Cointreau and pour it into the

prepared mug.

3. Add remaining cocktail

ingredients.

4. Top with whipped cream.

5. Garnish with cinnamon

or chocolate shavings.


Comments:

This is a real caffeinated

cocktail. Its coffee taste seems

augmented not diluted by the

whipped cream.
