Spanish Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Bombay gin

o ½ ounce Licor 43

(Cuarenta Y Tres)

o 1 teaspoon superfine sugar

o ½ ounce fresh lime juice

o 4 ounces Fever-Tree Club

Soda

Garnish

o lime peel


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except soda over ice.

2. Strain into an ice-filled

collins glass.

3. Top with soda.

4. Garnish with lime peel.


Comments:

This is different than most tall

drinks with soda added. The

Licor 43 is the dominant flavor

and combined with the

Bombay gin gives this Fizz

more body than most.
