Spicy Paloma Cocktail

PH factor: 9.0












Ingredients:

Cocktail

o kosher salt

o 2 ounces 1800 Silver tequila

o ¾ ounce Thai Chili-infused

Aperol (see: Syrups etc.)

o ½ ounce Simple Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 ounce fresh grapefruit

juice

o ½ ounce fresh lime juice

o 2-3 ounces Fever-Tree Club

soda

Garnish

o lime wheel


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of a

Collins glass and invert it into

a shallow dish of kosher salt

to coat the rim of the glass.

2. Shake cocktail ingredients

except soda over ice.

3. Serve over ice in the

prepared glass.

4. Top with soda.

5. Garnish with lime wheel.


Comments:

We enjoyed this drink very

much. We also tried it with

straight Aperol but found

the spicy version much more

interesting.
