Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Mount Gay XO
rum
o ¼ ounce Lillet Rouge
o ½ ounce Oloroso sherry
o 1 ounce cold brew coffee
o ¼ ounce agave nectar
o 1 dash Angostura bitters or
to taste
Garnish
o lemon peel
Method:
1. Rinse cocktail glass with
rum.
2. Combine excess rum with
ice and remaining cocktail
ingredients in a mixing glass
and stir.
3. Ignite the rinsed glass and
douse with the contents of the
mixing glass.
4. Express lemon peel over
glass and drop in for a garnish.
Comments:
An interesting combination of
flavors. Stirring and serving
with ice provides some dilution
which, we think, is a good thing.
