Ingredients:
o 1 cup turbinado sugar
o 1 cup water
o 12 star anise cloves
Method:
1. Combine all and bring to a
boil over medium heat stirring
until to dissolve sugar.
2. Remove from heat and let
steep for 30 minutes.
3. Fine strain into an airtight
container discarding solids.
4. Seal well and refrigerate.
