Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Woodford
Reserve bourbon
o ½ ounce Mount Gay XO rum
o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny
Porto (20 Years Old)
Garnish
o lemon peel
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Serve up in a chilled
cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with lemon peel.
Comments:
This is a cocktail with body to
it. We used bourbon, but you
could also use a rye whiskey.
The Porto adds a fruity
roundness, and the aged rum
provides a depth that make
this the kind of cocktail one
looks forward to at the end
of their commute or after the
last Zoom call of the day.
