Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Heaven’s Door Cask
Strength Straight Bourbon
whiskey
o ¼ ounce Curaçao (blue)
o ½ ounce Galliano
o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
o Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
except Curaçao and soda over
ice.
2. Strain into an ice-filled
collins glass.
3. Top with ginger beer
leaving room for the floater.
4. Float Curaçao on top of
the drink.
Comments:
A significant change from the
rum based original recipe. We
felt Heaven’s Door would be
appropriate in more ways than
one. We were right.
