Tea and Whiskey Punch

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Tullamore DEW

Irish whiskey

o ½ ounce Brown Sugar Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 fresh lemon

o 3 whole cloves

o 1 cup very hot strong black

tea


Method:

1. Heat water to boiling in a

pot.

2. Remove from heat, add

tea, and let steep.

3. Combine whiskey and

syrup to a glass mug and stir.

4. Cut a thick slice from the

center of the lemon.

5. Stud slice with whole cloves.

6. Add the lemon slice to the

mug.

7. When steeped, pour tea

into mug.


Comments:

This is a tea for coffee drinkers

and tea drinkers alike. Though

it is perfect for a rainy day, you

don’t have to wait for bad

weather to enjoy this drink.
