Ingredients:
o 6 teaspoons good quality
black tea leaves
o 750 milliliter bottle of vodka
or your clear spirit of choice.
Method:
1. Using a funnel add the tea
leaves to the spirit.
2. Let steep for 24 hours.
3. Fine strain into an airtight
container or wash and reuse
the bottle.
4. Store in a cool dark place.
Note: To make a “liqueur” use
a bigger jar and add 1 cup of
simple syrup.
