Tears of Many Sparrows Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Grey Goose vodka

o ½ ounce St. Germain liqueur

o 1 splash of pineapple juice

o ½ ounce Honey Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o champagne

Garnish

o 3 Sparrow’s Tears

(if available)


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except champagne over ice.

2. Strain into a chilled flute.

3. Top with champagne.

4. Garnish with sparrow’s

tears to taste.

Sweet, like tears of joy for the

unexpected occurrence or

reoccurrence of something

special.
