Ingredients:
Cocktail
o sugar
o 5 blackberries
o 1 ¾ ounces Grey Goose
vodka
o 1 ounce St. Germain liqueur
o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
Garnish
o mint leaf
Method:
1. Moisten the rim of a
martini glass and invert it into
a shallow dish of sugar to coat
the rim.
2. Muddle blackberries in a
cocktail shaker.
3. Add ice and remaining
cocktail ingredients and shake
to chill.
4. Fine strain into the
prepared glass.
5. Garnish with a smacked
mint leaf.
Comments:
Appropriately, this is an heroic
cocktail. We used blackberries
that had been steeping in
powdered sugar and slated for
a dessert. The little extra
sweetness was not a problem.
