Ingredients:
Cocktail:
o 1 ½ ounces Hennessy VS
cognac
o ½ ounce Sandeman Tawny
Porto (20 Years Old)
o ¼ ounce Crème de Menthe
(white)
o 1 ounce fresh orange juice
o ½ ounce grenadine
o ¼ ounce Simple Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
Garnish
o rose petals
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a martini glass.
3. Garnish with edible rose
petals.
Comments:
This cocktail is hard to classify
except to say that it is one of
those tasty cocktails that is
light, goes down easy and
leaves you looking for another.
