Ingredients:
Cocktail
o ¾ ounce Bénédictine D.O.M.
o 1 dash Hella Orange bitters
or to taste
o champagne
Garnish
o lemon peel
Method:
1. Pour Bénédictine and
bitters into a champagne flute.
2. Top with champagne.
3. Garnish with lemon peel.
Comments:
It’s all about the bitters. Only
using only Bénédictine and
champagne would be sweeter
but not so interesting. The
bitters make it a cocktail.
