Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Bombay gin
o 2 ounces Lillet Blanc
o ¾ ounce fresh grapefruit
juice
o ½ ounce Simple Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
o champagne
Garnish
o edible flower petals
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
except champagne over ice.
2. Serve up in a cocktail
glass.
3. Top with champagne
4. Garnish with flower
petals.
Comments:
Aptly named as the cherry
blossoms or rose petals evoke
spring at its finest. This is an
excellent way to toast the
season.
