Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Tullamore D.E.W.
Irish whiskey
o 1 ounce Japanese plum wine
o ½ ounce Maraschino liqueur
o 1 dash Hella Smoked Chili
bitters or to taste
Garnish
o 3 Tillen Farms Maraschino
cherries
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Serve up in a cocktail
glass.
3. Garnish with cherries.
Comments:
This starts out a little sweet
and finishes with a smoky
heat. If either is a concern,
both are easily correctable
with adjustments to either
plum wine or chili bitters.
