The Far East Side Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 3 Shiso leaves or a

combination of mint and Thai

basil leaves

o 1 ounce 1800 Silver tequila

o 2 ounces sake

o ¾ ounce St. Germain liqueur

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

Garnish

o Shiso or Thai basil and mint

leaves


Method:

1. Lightly muddle leaves in a

cocktail shaker.

2. Add ice and remaining

cocktail ingredients and shake

to chill.

3. Serve up in a cocktail glass.

4. Garnish with additional

leaves of your choice.


Comments:

The flavor is decidedly herbal

but not terribly Far Eastern.
