The Fireside Chat Iced Coffee

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ounce Remy Martin VSOP

cognac

o ½ ounce Grand Marnier

o 2 ounces Sandeman Tawny

Porto (20-Years-Old)

o 4 ounces cold strong coffee

Garnish

o grated nutmeg


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a chilled

cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with a sprinkle of

grated nutmeg.


Comments:

Given the namesake activity

for this cocktail we were left

rather uninspired. If you also

feel that way try substituting

espresso for the brewed coffee.
