The Graduate Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ¾ ounce Campari

o ¾ ounce Crème de Cassis

o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

o champagne

Garnish

o orange twist


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except champagne over ice.

2. Strain into a champagne

flute.

3. Top with champagne

4. Garnish with orange twist.


Comments:

Bittersweet. Like the moment

when our young graduate

realizes he or she will be

leaving old friends behind to

enter the work force. At least

with the drink you can control

the bitterness by reducing the

Campari. As for the workforce

thing, well…
