The Guadalajara Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 2 ounces 1800 Reposado

tequila

o ½ ounce Fernet~Branca

o ½ ounce agave syrup

o 2-3 drops Bittermens

Xocolatl Mole bitters or to taste

Garnish

o grapefruit rind


Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

except bitters over ice in a

mixing glass.

2. Serve up in a martini glass.

3. Float bitters on top.

4. Express rind over cocktail

and discard.


Comments:

Fasten your seatbelts. There is

no ignoring the combination of

Fernet~Branca and mole bitters

so this cocktail will definitely

get your attention.
