Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Bombay gin
o 3 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
o ½ ounce lavender syrup
o 1 ounce Fever-Tree Club Soda
Garnish
o lavender sprigs
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
except soda over ice.
2. Serve over ice in a collins
glass.
3. Top with soda.
4. Garnish with lavender
sprigs.
Comments:
This proves that not all
grapefruit drinks are alike.
They may all be suitable for an
afternoon poolside quaff, but
the addition of lavender makes
this one the sophisticated
adult in the room full of
poolside drinks.
