The Montparnasse Cocktail

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Calvados

o ¾ ounce St. Germain liqueur

o ½ ounce Sauvignon Blanc

o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice

Garnish

o apple slice


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

over ice.

2. Serve up in a chilled

cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with a thin slice of

apple.


Comments:

There is body here and a taste

that screams Autumn. We

thought that the lemon could

be reduced a bit to let the

apple have center stage.
