o 1 ounce Lillet Rouge
o ¼ ounce Fernet~Branca
o ¼ ounce Luxardo
Maraschino
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Serve up in a chilled
cocktail glass.
Comments:
This is our version of the
Newark Cocktail given the
ingredients we work with.
Similar to the Brooklyn
Cocktail which is not
surprising as they are both
Manhattan adjacent.
