Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 4 ounces strong hot coffee
o 2 teaspoons brown sugar
o 1 ½ ounces Quiet Man Irish
whiskey
Garnish
o heavy cream (lightly
whipped)
Method:
1. In a warm mug or glass,
combine sugar and coffee.
2. Add whiskey and stir.
3. Float cream onto coffee.
Comments:
If you prefer your whiskey to
be Irish, this will probably be
your coffee choice. If you
