Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ounce Remy Martin VSOP
cognac
o 1 ½ ounces Sandeman
Tawny Porto (20-Years-Old)
o 1 ½ ounces Madeira
o ¼ ounce Rose Petal Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
o 2 drops rose water
Method:
1. Stir cocktail ingredients
over ice in a mixing glass.
2. Serve up in a cocktail
glass.
Comments:
We would call this “exotic.”
Not a word we often use
regarding cocktails but totally
appropriate. This could also be
served over ice with a garnish.
Perhaps a crescent shaped
lemon peel.
