Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces J. Wray Jamaican
Silver rum
o ½ ounce Cointreau
o 1 splash Crème de Cassis
o ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
o ½ ounce fresh lime juice
o ½ ounce fresh orange juice
o ½ ounce agave syrup
Garnish
o lime wedge
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve over ice in a cocktail
glass.
3. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Comments:
To balance this cocktail, we
increased the rum dramatically
as well as the quantity of
agave. It still has a citrusy
presence. If you find that is
excessive, maybe a garnish
other than lime say, a Tillen
Farms Rainier Reserve
cherry would help.
