Comments:

Sours, written about by Jerry

Thomas in 1862 as a cocktail

with a base spirit, lemon or

lime juice, a sweetener and egg

white. The “Gold Mine” has all

that covered and more. Much

more. The lemon squash and

Galliano make this a golden

nugget of a cocktail and also

a real gem.
