Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Mango Infused
Tequila (see: Syrups etc.)
o ½ ounce Cointreau
o 1 ounce fresh lime juice
o 1 cup fresh mango peeled
and cubed
o 1 teaspoon grated ginger
o 1 cup ice
Garnish
o lime wheel or candied
ginger
Method:
1. Blend till smooth.
2. Serve up in a hurricane
glass.
3. Garnish with lime wheel
or, for the avid Tina Louise
fans, a piece of candied ginger.
Comments:
As is often the case with
infused liquors, the mango
infusion has a smoother
presence than straight
tequila.
