Trust Me Cocktail

PH factor: 8.5

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o 1 ½ ounces Amontillado

sherry

o 1 ½ ounces Plymouth Sloe

Gin

o 4 tablespoons fresh lemon

juice

o 2 tablespoons sugar

o Fever-Tree Premium Club

Soda

Garnish

o lemon peel

Method:

1. Stir cocktail ingredients

except soda over ice in a

mixing glass.

2. Strain into an ice-filled

highball glass.

3. Top with soda.

4. Garnish with a lemon peel.

Comments:

As in trust me, you will enjoy

this ‘Adults Only’ lemonade. It

would make a very refreshing

summertime porch drink.
