Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 2 ounces Tullamore DEW
Irish whiskey
o 6 ounces strong hot coffee
o 1 ounce Demerara Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
Garnish
o whipped cream flavored
with grated orange zest
o grated nutmeg
Method:
1. Combine cocktail
ingredients in a warmed mug.
2. Top with whipped cream.
3. Garnish with grated
nutmeg.
Comments:
The orange flavor and aroma
make such a difference it's
worth the effort to finely grate
some orange zest..
