Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Woodford
Reserve bourbon
o ½ ounce Maraschino liqueur
o ¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
o 6 ounces Kriek Lambic
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
except the Lambic over ice.
2. Strain into a cocktail glass.
3. Top with Lambic.
Comments:
This comes across very much
as a cocktail, albeit a large
one. The Kriek (sour cherry)
Lambic acts primarily as a
flavoring agent though it
also adds sparkle.
