PH factor: 8.5
Ingredients:
Cocktail
o 1 ½ ounces Woodford
Reserve bourbon
o 1 ounce Kahlúa
o 1 ounce Sandeman Tawny
Porto (20 Years Old)
o 1 ½ ounces cream
Garnish
o freshly grated nutmeg
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
over ice.
2. Serve up in a cocktail
glass.
3. Garnish with freshly
ground nutmeg.
Comments:
The above is a simplified
version of the original recipe.
We liked it much better and
think it would make an
excellent desert or holiday
cocktail.
