Vanilla Cream Martini

Ingredients:

Cocktail

o raw sugar

o 2 ounces Finlandia vodka

o ½ ounce Licor 43

(Cuarenta Y Tres)

o double espresso

Garnish

o lightly whipped cream

o orange or lemon peel


Method:

1. Moisten the rim of chilled

Martini glass and invert it into

a shallow plate of raw sugar

to coat the rim.

2. Stir remaining cocktail

ingredients over ice in a

mixing glass.

3. Serve up in the prepared

glass.

4. Top with cream.

5. Garnish with lemon or

orange peel.


Comments:

Originally this recipe had no

Licor 43 and tasted like

espresso diluted with vodka

topped with cream. Adding a

“vanilla” liqueur made a

massive improvement.
