o ½ ounce Mount Gay XO rum
o 1 ounce Licor 43
(Cuarenta Y Tres)
o ½ ounce cream
o 2 ounces Demerara Syrup
(see: Syrups etc.)
o 1 egg yolk
o Fever-Tree Premium Club
Soda
Method:
1. Shake cocktail ingredients
except soda over ice.
2. Strain into a hurricane
glass.
3. Carefully add soda to fill
the glass.
