Vanilla Egg Cream

PH factor: 9.0












Ingredients:

Cocktail

o ½ ounce Mount Gay XO rum

o 1 ounce Licor 43

(Cuarenta Y Tres)

o ½ ounce cream

o 2 ounces Demerara Syrup

(see: Syrups etc.)

o 1 egg yolk

o Fever-Tree Club Soda


Method:

1. Shake cocktail ingredients

except soda over ice.

2. Strain into a Hurricane

glass.

3. Carefully add soda to fill

the glass.


Comments:

This is a rich, tasty, attractive,

cocktail that should definitely

be served with a straw.
